• Rates are reasonable and vary based on time of year, number of people, length of stay, number of cottages, and eligibility for senior, military/first responder and returning guest discounts - please call for pricing. 
• Advance deposit equal to one night's rate is required to confirm your reservation. 
• Cancellation policy allows a refund of half of your deposit if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your reservation. Refunds are not available for early departures.
