The Green Willow Motel Cottages has been the Heruth Family Business since 1953. We offer good, old-fashioned friendship, hospitality and peacefulness while providing a safe and fun place to bring your family. We specialize in family reunions, wedding parties and group events.
We have 15 quaint cottages with modern conveniences. They are very clean and comfortable. They all have bathrooms and color TV with cable. Linens and bedding are provided. We have cribs, rollaways and cots. Complimentary hot drinks are provided outside the office every morning. Free high-speed wireless internet available.
Our rates are reasonable. Prices vary, depending on the time of year, accommodations desired, number of people, number of cottages and
length of stay. Please contact us, we will be glad to discuss specifics with you. Reservations are recommended during peak times. Advance
deposit required. Cancellation Policy—1/2 refund of deposit if cancelled at least 30 days prior to reservation. You are responsible for the
total number of days you reserve, we do not offer refunds for early departures.
We have over an acre in a picturesque setting with many shade trees and a grand view of majestic Pikes Peak. You can either sit on your porch
or out by the cool mountain stream that meanders through the front of the property. We provide chairs and picnic tables along with grills
for cooking out. There is a swing set for both young and those who are young at heart.
You are welcome to picnic or just sit and relax as you watch the clouds roll by in our colorful blue Colorado sky.
We are located in the heart of the Pikes Peak Region with all the attractions surrounding us. Most are 5-30 minutes away. Tour information is available in our office. We can assist you in making reservations. Here are just a few of the great places to visit while staying with us.

Royal Gorge and Cripple Creek are about one hour away, unless you stop to picnic or gaze at the spectacular scenery along the way.
There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You can get on the hiking trail behind the cottages and walk up to Manitou Springs
where there is a multitude of shops, dining options and entertainment available. Or you can walk down it to find the city’s Olympic sized
indoor pool complete with hot tub and kiddee pool. You can continue on from the park directly into the Garden of the Gods. We are on the
bus line.
